The FDY Type Cabinet Purification Fan is a high-efficiency ventilation unit with integrated air filtration, designed for clean air supply and exhaust applications. Featuring multi-stage filtration and a robust cabinet design, it ensures clean, quiet, and reliable operation in commercial and industrial environments.
· The cabinet is constructed with an aluminum alloy frame and double-sided access doors for easy maintenance.
· Equipped with a multi-stage filtration system, including a washable metal mesh per-filter and a medium-efficiency filter. A high-efficiency filter is optional for enhanced PM2.5 removal.
· Powered by a dual-shaft external rotor pure copper motor with a multi-blade high-pressure double-layer impeller for high airflow and efficiency.
· Optional built-in sound insulation cotton (25mm thick) for superior noise reduction in the 13K/16K models.
· Multi-Stage Filtration: The system effectively removes dust, bacteria, and other pollutants, ensuring clean air output.
· High Efficiency & Low Noise: Optimized motor and impeller design deliver powerful airflow with minimal noise and pressure loss.
· Easy Maintenance: The modular design with access doors allows for quick filter replacement and inspection.
· Durable Construction: The aluminum alloy frame provides a sturdy, corrosion-resistant structure.
The unit is designed for general ventilation applications. The conveyed air must not contain corrosive or flammable vapors, sticky substances, or high concentrations of dust. Operating temperature should not exceed 60°C.
The series includes models from 2K to 16K, with power ratings ranging from 180W to 4000W and airflow rates from 1000 to 16000 m³/h.
