* Model No.3E to No.8E of 11-62 (E-type) multi-blade centrifugal fan adopts a belt-driven design, improved from the 11-62 A-type direct-drive model, consisting of a multi-wing impeller, scroll casing, belt pulley assembly, and heavy-duty motor. ·
* The impeller features multi-forward curved blades with optimized aerodynamic profile, revised by strict static and dynamic equilibrium, ensuring smooth operation, large air volume, and low noise. ·
* The fan is available with two motor configurations: E-type top-mounted motor and E-type bottom-mounted motor, both with a compact structure and aesthetic appearance, suitable for modern commercial building ventilation systems. ·
* The belt drive system allows flexible speed adjustment via pulley changes, meeting variable airflow and pressure demands in different application scenarios. ·
* The casing and impeller are made of high-quality steel plate, with the impeller treated for anti-corrosion and wear resistance, suitable for long-term continuous operation in catering and commercial environments.
Featured by large air volume, low noise, compact structure, and flexible belt drive design, 11-62 (E-type) centrifugal fans are ideal ventilation equipment for modern hotels, restaurants, dining halls, and as matching units for air conditioning systems. They are widely used for air supply, exhaust, and air exchange in public and commercial buildings.
Standard models are equipped with ordinary three-phase asynchronous motors. Explosion-proof variants (B-11-62) with flameproof motors are available for spaces with volatile flammable gases. Stainless steel customized versions (F-11-62) can be provided for conveying corrosive gases, with the same performance parameters and installation dimensions as the standard model.
The transporting medium is air or other non-corrosive, non-explosive, and harmless gases. The conveyed gas shall not contain any adhesive substances, excessive dust, or hard particles with a concentration exceeding 150mg/m³, and the medium temperature shall not exceed 80℃. With an explosion-proof motor, the B-11-62 variant can be used for ventilation in environments with volatile flammable gases.
The belt-driven design of 11-62 (E-type) offers advantages such as easy maintenance, flexible speed adjustment, and reduced motor vibration transmission. The fan is available with two motor installation configurations: top-mounted and bottom-mounted, allowing adaptation to different installation space requirements. The fan has obtained the National Industrial Product Production License (QS mark) for refrigeration equipment.
The series supports multiple rotating speeds from 560r/min to 1420r/min with power ranging from 1.1kW to 30kW. Diversified speed-power collocations cover a wide airflow and full pressure scope to satisfy different commercial building ventilation and pipeline resistance requirements.
