T35 Model Highlights:

• T35 is used for ventilation and cooling in factories, offices, houses and etc, it is also series installed in longer pipeline to raise the air pressure in pipeline.
•  T35 has a lot of size. Small size use alumimum impeller; Big size use iron impeller.
•  BT35 is used for ventilation in places that contain flammable, explosive and corrosive gases.
• The air transferred shall not be corrosive with notable dust, the temperature of the air shall not exceed 50℃.

  T35 Model Features:

  : Fan Structure 

  : The electric motor is assembled in the upper part of the fan barrel with an adjustable motor support seat plate and driven by a belt, thus isolating the various gases conveyed by the fan from the motor and ensuring the service life of the motor. It can also be installed in series at intervals in a long exhaust pipeline to improve the wind pressure in the pipeline. The gas passing through T35 shall be free from corrosiveness and obvious dust, and its temperature shall not exceed 60℃.

  : Fan Structure Details

  : The main purpose of T35 axial-flow fan is to replace 30K4, which was imported from the Soviet Union in 1950s and compared with similar foreign products. Through model test and research, the wind wing shape was determined, the cylindrical hub structure was adopted, and the motor was improved to reduce the flow loss in structure. 
  : Therefore, the fan efficiency outlet was increased to 77% in terms of circle area and 89.5% in terms of outlet ring area, and the noise (A) was reduced..
  : The air collector section consists of the air collector flange and the air collector. The air collector is of circular arc type, which reduces the loss of airflow inlet and is made of thin steel plates.
