The BJT Type Acid Mist Purification Tower is a high-efficiency gas treatment system designed for neutralizing corrosive acid and alkaline exhaust gases. It uses a liquid absorption method with a packed tower design, offering high purification efficiency, low energy consumption, and wide applicability for various industrial applications.

· The packed tower design with high-efficiency, low-resistance Pall rings ensures complete absorption and reaction of pollutants.

· The system includes a liquid circulation system, spray layer, packed layer, cyclone demisting layer, and observation ports for easy maintenance.

· Available in single or double tower configurations for different process requirements.

Transport Medium Restrictions

 

The system is designed for treating corrosive acid and alkaline exhaust gases. The gas temperature must be ≤60°C, and the relative humidity can be up to 100%. The system is not suitable for handling sticky substances or high concentrations of particulate matter.
