The BJT Type Acid Mist Purification Tower is a high-efficiency gas treatment system designed for neutralizing corrosive acid and alkaline exhaust gases. It uses a liquid absorption method with a packed tower design, offering high purification efficiency, low energy consumption, and wide applicability for various industrial applications.
· The tower body can be constructed from FRP, PP, PVC, or stainless steel, depending on the application requirements.
· The packed tower design with high-efficiency, low-resistance Pall rings ensures complete absorption and reaction of pollutants.
· The system includes a liquid circulation system, spray layer, packed layer, cyclone demisting layer, and observation ports for easy maintenance.
· Available in single or double tower configurations for different process requirements.
· High Purification Efficiency: The packed tower design ensures high removal efficiency for a wide range of pollutants, including HCl, HF, NH₃, H₂SO₄, and HCN.
· Low Pressure Drop: Optimized design minimizes pressure drop, reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
· Easy Maintenance: Simple structure with easy access to components for inspection and cleaning.
· Wide Applicability: Can handle both continuous and intermittent exhaust gas streams, and can simultaneously purify multiple pollutants.
The system is designed for treating corrosive acid and alkaline exhaust gases. The gas temperature must be ≤60°C, and the relative humidity can be up to 100%. The system is not suitable for handling sticky substances or high concentrations of particulate matter.
The series includes models from BJT-650 to BJT-3500, with design airflow rates ranging from 1500 to 35000 m³/h.
