A-4C Centrifugal Misting Cooling Fan

A-4C mobile centrifugal mist cooling machine adopts centrifugal atomization principle, with DC fully enclosed motor and aluminum alloy atomizing disc. It has low requirements for water quality, anti-clogging and low maintenance cost, equipped with large-capacity water tank and universal casters, certified with CE & IPX5 waterproof, widely used for outdoor cooling, humidification and dust suppression.

DC Submersible Water Pump Housing made of eco-friendly high-temperature & corrosion-resistant material; built-in water shortage protection to prevent pump burnout from dry running; large flow rate ensures smooth water circulation.

Aluminum Alloy Atomizing Disc Integrated die-cast high-quality aluminum alloy; surface anodized anti-corrosion treatment; precisely dynamic balanced, low vibration at high speed, large mist output and fine mist particles.

304 Stainless Steel Fan Blade Upgraded corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel; 4-blade axial flow design, more stable airflow, lower noise and higher energy efficiency.

Working Principle

Water is sprayed onto high-speed rotating centrifugal disc under water distributor effect. Water droplets spread outward and thin out under centrifugal force, then violently collide with serrated structure on atomizing disc to form tiny mist particles. Mist gathers and is blown outward by fan system to cover target area for evaporative cooling.

Usage Reminders

· IPX5 waterproof grade, suitable for semi-outdoor environment; avoid long-term direct exposure to heavy rain.

· This centrifugal type has better anti-clogging performance than pressure-type models, still recommended to use clean water to reduce scaling.

· Two water supply modes: built-in water tank or external continuous tap water supply.
