* Model No.5A~16A of 5-53 centrifugal fan consists of high-efficiency backward curved impeller, rear-disassembly carbon steel casing, streamlined round air inlet and direct-coupled driving motor. ·
* The impeller is processed with optimized airfoil blades after strict static & dynamic balance calibration, featuring flat pressure curve and high aerodynamic efficiency to cut overall power consumption for waste gas treatment projects. ·
* Rear-open frame structure allows later maintenance without removing inlet & outlet pipelines, greatly shortening equipment overhaul time compared with traditional C/D type belt drive fans. ·
* Permanent magnet variable frequency motor is optional to realize stepless speed regulation, realizing flexible airflow adjustment and smaller installation footprint. ·
* Split base design: models below 5.8A come with adjustable movable foot stands while 6A and above adopt fixed mounting feet for stable field installation.
Developed specially for environmental waste gas abatement industry, 5-53 series fans enjoy flat performance curve and high efficiency, becoming preferred matching equipment for industrial waste gas purification, exhaust deodorization and environmental protection supporting facilities. All A-type direct drive models can be fitted with standard three-phase asynchronous motor or energy-saving permanent magnet variable-frequency motor on request; B-5-53 explosion-proof variant equipped with YB flameproof motor is customized for flammable volatile waste gas extraction. F-5-53 full stainless steel anti-corrosion version is available for corrosive acid/alkali waste gas delivery, keeping identical dimension and airflow parameters as standard carbon steel fan.
Standard 5-53 fan transports clean non-corrosive industrial waste air; explosion-proof type is suitable for volatile flammable waste gas exhausting. Conveyed medium should be free of heavy sticky impurities, solid dust particle concentration ≤150mg/m³ and medium temperature no higher than 80℃ for long-term stable service.
B-5-53 explosion-proof centrifugal fan retains the same outline size, installation dimension and performance parameters as standard 5-53 fan, only the driving motor is replaced with flameproof specification.
The series has two rotating speed ranges: 980r/min and 1460~2960r/min with matched power ranging from 11kW up to 132kW, diversified speed-power matching covers wide flow and full pressure scope to satisfy different waste gas treatment pipeline resistance and air volume requirement.
