* Model No.5A~7.7A of 9-12 high-pressure centrifugal fan is direct-driven type (A-type), composed of high-strength backward curved impeller, heavy-gauge steel scroll casing, circular streamlined air inlet and foot-mounted direct-coupled motor. ·
* The impeller is assembled with multiple thick high-pressure backward curved blades plus front & rear wheel discs; all impellers pass strict static & dynamic balance inspection for stable high-pressure operation and superior aerodynamic efficiency. ·
* The fan casing is integrally welded with thick carbon steel plate to resist high wind pressure; motor is fixed on casing side via base bracket for compact layout and convenient installation. ·
* Optimized curved inlet design reduces inlet airflow loss to improve total pressure performance.
Specially developed as dedicated high-pressure blower for cupola furnace and carton packaging machinery, 9-12 series features ultra-high static pressure, sturdy construction and stable performance, mainly used for high-pressure forced air supply of smelting furnace and pneumatic raw material conveying of carton production line.
Standard unit is equipped with Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor; explosion-proof B-9-12 variant with YB flameproof motor is available on request for flammable particle conveying working conditions.
Standard 9-12 fan is suitable for transporting non-corrosive, non-self-ignition and harmless clean air; explosion-proof model can deliver slightly combustible granular medium. Conveyed gas shall not contain sticky substances, solid dust & hard particle content ≤150mg/m³, medium operating temperature ≤80℃.
Explosion-proof B-9-12 keeps identical airflow parameters, overall outline and installation dimension with standard carbon steel 9-12 fan, only driving motor is replaced with explosion-proof specification.
All models run at high speed of 2900/2930/2950/2970r/min, power range 5.5~45kW, corresponding flow 1000~8092m³/h and total pressure 2065~12953Pa to match high-pressure air supply and material conveying requirements.
