Featured by high static pressure, low noise, small footprint and easy pipeline connection, GDF duct fans are widely used for indoor air exchange and mechanical ventilation of factory workshops, commercial buildings, shopping malls, underground parking and civil construction projects. Standard model is equipped with ordinary asynchronous motor; B-GDF explosion-proof variant fitted with YB flameproof motor is customized for volatile flammable waste gas ventilation space. F-GDF full stainless steel customized version is available for slightly corrosive waste gas conveying, retaining identical airflow parameters and mounting dimension as standard carbon steel fan.
Standard GDF fan transports clean non-corrosive, non-flammable harmless ambient air; explosion-proof model is applicable for ventilation of volatile combustible gas. Conveyed medium contains no sticky adhesive substance, dust & hard particulate ≤120mg/m³ and applicable medium temperature ranges from -20℃ to 60℃.
B-GDF explosion-proof centrifugal duct fan shares consistent technical performance, outline dimension and foundation installation size with standard GDF fan, only driving motor is replaced with flameproof specification.
The series covers rotating speed range from 690r/min up to 1300r/min with matched power from 0.26kW to 3.7kW, diversified speed-power matching realizes wide flow and full pressure scope to satisfy different pipeline ventilation resistance requirement.
