The PPT35-II Type Polypropylene Axial Flow Fan is a corrosion-resistant ventilation unit constructed entirely from polypropylene (PP). It is designed for environments requiring resistance to corrosive gases, such as chemical laboratories, electroplating facilities, and industrial plants.
· The impeller and casing are made of high-quality polypropylene (PP), offering excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosive chemicals.
· Simple axial flow design with low mechanical vibration and noise.
· Lightweight construction for easy installation in ducts, walls, or ceilings.
· Optimized aerodynamic design for high static pressure and efficiency, even in long duct systems.
· Superior Corrosion Resistance: The PP construction provides long-term protection against corrosive gases, making it ideal for chemical and industrial applications.
· Versatile Installation: Can be installed in-line, wall-mounted, or in series to boost duct pressure.
· Low Noise & Vibration: Balanced impeller design ensures quiet, stable operation.
· High Efficiency: Optimized blade design delivers high airflow with minimal energy consumption.
The conveyed gas must not contain sticky substances. The concentration of dust and hard particles must not exceed 150mg/m³. The gas temperature must be ≤60°C.
The series includes models from 2.8A to 8A, with power ranging from 0.09kW to 7.5kW and speeds from 960r/min to 2900r/min.
