The PVC4-62 Type Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Centrifugal Fan is a corrosion-resistant industrial fan constructed from rigid polyvinyl chloride plates, heat-pressed and welded together. Based on the performance parameters of the metal 4-62 series, it is designed for ventilation and exhaust of acidic and alkaline corrosive gases in scientific research, chemical, metallurgy, electronics, Clean process, textiles, electroplating, mining, laboratories, and environmental protection equipment.
· The entire fan body is made of high-quality rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC), offering excellent resistance to most acids, alkalis, and corrosive media.
· The direct-drive design ensures low mechanical vibration, low noise, and stable operation.
· The PVC material is lightweight, rigid, and resistant to aging, making it ideal for long-term continuous use in corrosive environments.
· Excellent Corrosion Resistance: PVC construction provides long-term protection against corrosive gases, outperforming standard steel fans in aggressive environments.
· Lightweight & Durable: Low specific gravity reduces installation load requirements, while the PVC material offers excellent structural strength.
· Stable & Efficient Performance: Optimized aerodynamic design delivers high efficiency, low noise, and consistent pressure output.
· Low Maintenance: The monobloc structure is easy to clean and inspect.
The fan cannot be used to handle aromatic compounds, fatty acids, halogenated aromatic derivatives, ketones, or flammable/explosive gases. The conveyed gas must not contain sticky substances; the concentration of dust and hard particles must not exceed 150mg/m³, gas temperature ≤50°C, and relative humidity ≤100%.
The series includes models from 2A to 8A, with power ranging from 0.25kW to 7.5kW and speeds from 960r/min to 1450r/min.
