insulator inner thread can be porcelain thread, zinc thimble or resin thread . which depends on different
cutomer's requirements .
the insulator is with groove top , which can hold conductors through binding wire .
the pin insulator top can be normal type (with normal porcelain glaze ) or radio free type (with semi-conductive glaze) .
the 24kV pin type porcelain insulator are one solid piece porcelain .
we can provide short stud or long bolt for insulator assembly , which can be suitable for wooden crossarm or steel cross arm .
Applications:
The 24kV pin type porcelain insulator is used for distrbution lines of 15kV , up to 24kV. These insulators are commonly installed vertically on metal or wooden structures based to support the
conductor .
