2 we produce metal fittings for example metal cap with density ductile iron ,every pieces of cap are tested qualified with magnetic powder method . we produce metal pins with material of forged steel .
all the metal fittngs covered a layer of hot-dip zinc coating .
3 we tested each piece of insulators by routine test , test items shown below :
routine tension load strength test , which will apply 50% of rate mechanical strength withstand 1 minutes .
