Working Principle Overview
Tomarukun's braking principle consists of three stages: Kinetic energy redirection -> Friction dissipation -> Controlled braking.
When a vehicle collides with the device, the system rapidly lifts the front wheels through lever principle, redirecting the vehicle's forward kinetic energy from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction, efficiently channeling it into the ground and significantly reducing its forward momentum.
The remaining energy is transferred to the specially designed wear-resistant rubber pad at the bottom, where high-strength friction between the rubber pad and the road surface converts the residual kinetic energy into thermal energy, achieving smooth and controlled braking that reliably stops the vehicle from continuing forward.
