All the above conventional road safety equipment can not ensure the safety of workers and drivers, and the collision causes parts scattered on the ground, causing great difficulties to the subsequent rescue work.
And our product, not only unique shape, but also can quickly and effectively stop the vehicle forward. And because it is made of aluminum profile and is an integral design, when the vehicle hits this product, the front bend lever principle is used to lift the wheel and drive with the vehicle. Under the friction effect of special rubber plate at the bottom, the vehicle is gradually forced to stop. Unlike the guardrail, which is usually fixed to the ground, our product's impact force is reduced momentarily during the entire impact process, along with the vehicle's movement. So to a certain extent, it also achieves the protection of the driver's safety. Aluminum is not easy to burn. In case of huge impact, if the vehicle itself causes fire, it can avoid secondary damage caused by surrounding buildings and personnel.
The experiment showed that a 4-ton vehicle hit the product at a speed of 60 kilometers per hour and stopped 8.7 meters ahead of the impact point.
