The HITOMARUKUN is a lightweight, movable anti-collision barrier that non-lethally stops invading vehicles. It is suitable for urban low-speed road sections and municipal road isolation areas. 1. Take out: Take the folded barrier from the trunk or tool room. Hold both sides and carry it to the designated location. One person is enough.
2. Unfold: Lay it flat with the rubber pad facing down. Pull both sides outward to fully unfold. No locking needed; it stays stable by its own weight.
3. Position: Place it horizontally in front of the passage to be isolated, rubber pad on the ground, front facing oncoming vehicles. Place at a safe buffer distance outside the construction area.
4. Install arrow sign (optional): Attach the grid cold light film arrow sign to the handles with Velcro, arrow pointing in the traffic guidance direction. Turn on power at night if equipped.
