Remove and lay flat (rubber plate facing down) → Pull open to fully unfold → Position transversely facing oncoming traffic → Check ground contact. Takes about 2 minutes.
After impact: Minor deformation - reusable. Severe deformation - replace immediately
Prohibited: Use above 30 km/h, use when partially unfolded, rubber plate facing up or placed sideways, continue using after deformation, unauthorized modification
