The KGJ312 articulated arch frame trolley offers several advantages. It features an articulated chassis structure, providing a small turning radius and strong flexibility. These attributes enable the equipment to easily navigate narrow spaces. Moreover, with an overall height of 3.7 meters, it boasts excellent height passability for secondary lining trolleys. However, it is important to note that without a back arch function, the arch must be transported separately to the working face.
To cater to the construction design requirements of the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan railway tunnel, the trolley's boom structure has been upgraded and transformed. Specifically, the back arch function has been enhanced to ensure that the height of the secondary lining trolley is maintained at a minimum of 4.2 meters. This modification guarantees optimal passability for the equipment during operation.
