Traditional tea cake packaging (such as Pu'er and White Tea cakes) often relies on manual folding or simple heat sealing. These methods are not only inefficient but also fail to provide adequate protection against oxygen and moisture ingress. This accelerates unwanted oxidation, compromises the aging quality, and diminishes the visual appeal of the final product on the shelf.

Our newly launched Pre-made Pouch Tea Cake Packaging Machine is purpose-built for block-shaped and disc-shaped materials. It integrates a Ring Feeder and a Nitrogen Modified Atmosphere (MAP) System to fully automate the entire process—from pouch picking, opening, precise cake loading, nitrogen flushing, to final sealing. 1. Ring Feeder – Custom-Designed for Tea Cake Geometry

Given the irregular shape and fragile nature of compressed tea cakes, the machine is equipped with a dedicated Ring Feeder. This feeding mechanism gently guides the tea cake into the pre-made pouch with a horizontal clamping motion. It effectively eliminates tumbling and edge-impact during the drop, ensuring that each cake enters the pouch completely intact. This design significantly boosts the yield rate while minimizing product breakage.

2. Nitrogen Flushing System – Preserve Aroma & Extend Shelf Life

The system is fitted with a food-grade nitrogen flushing device. Prior to sealing, it precisely injects high-purity nitrogen (compatible with on-site nitrogen generators, purity ≥ 99.5%) into the pouch, effectively reducing the residual oxygen level to an absolute minimum.

Anti-Oxidation: Effectively inhibits the oxidation of tea polyphenols, preserving the clarity of the tea liquor and maintaining the authentic, pure taste profile.

Cushioning Effect: The gentle inflation of the pouch creates a built-in air cushion during transit, protecting the tea cake from compression and fracture.

Superior Presentation: Nitrogen-flushed packaging results in a crisp, plump, and aesthetically pleasing pouch, significantly enhancing the premium appearance of the product.
