Premade pouches are loaded into the rotary grippers. The robotic pickup arm grabs each pouch from the magazine and places it precisely on the numbered station — ready for the next index.
Date codes, batch numbers and traceability marks are ink-jet printed on the pouch — before filling, so nothing ever obscures the label.
Vacuum suction opens each pouch cleanly and reliably. A controlled, full-width opening means the filling funnel always drops product dead-center.
Primary product is gently dispensed through the stainless funnel — chips, popcorn, candy. Soft-drop handling keeps fragile snacks whole.
