After hens lay eggs in the nest, eggs roll gently along the inclined soft pad to the bottom conveyor belt, which transports eggs to the centralized collection end automatically. This design avoids egg damage caused by stepping or pecking, with an egg breakage rate controlled within 1%.

Equipped with a timing-driven soft rod system, it gently drives hens out of the nest after a set time (usually 5-10 minutes after laying). This prevents hens from occupying the nest for a long time, avoids nest contamination and egg pecking, and maximizes nest utilization.

The main frame is made of galvanized steel and high-strength engineering plastic, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and easy to clean. The semi-closed nest entrance simulates the natural laying habits of hens, reducing stress and improving laying willingness.

Nipple-type drinkers are installed along the length of the house, providing clean drinking water for layers at any time. The sealed design effectively avoids water source pollution.
