Zhongshen High-Strength Egg Collection Belt for Layer Cage Systems
Material: Woven Polypropylene (PP) with anti-aging additives; reinforced polyester yarns.
Width: 92mm,95mm,98mm,100 mm standard; custom sizes from ~50 mm up to 100 mm available.
Length: Sold in continuous rolls (e.g. 300,500 m) and cut to fit; seams can be sewn or ultrasonically welded to any length.
Tensile Strength: Extremely high – maintains form under conveyor loads without stretching.
Weave Pattern: Herringbone or similar; holds eggs securely on inclines and curves.
Color Scheme: White belt with a blue center stripe (additional stripes available).
The Egg Collecting Belt (also known as an Egg Transport Belt) is a premium PP conveyor built for fully automated layer hen operations. Its flexible-yet-strong woven polypropylene construction easily wraps around rollers and adapts to the cage system’s geometry. Designed to work in tandem with automatic egg collection machines, it gently channels eggs along support guides and over inclines to central elevators or packers. Anti-UV and anti-static treatments keep the belt clean and durable by preventing material aging and dust accumulation.
