The powder hopper has a large capacity, which can meet the needs of large-scale electrostatic spraying production. It can be used with up to 24 powder injectors simultaneously. Features include high powder output and strong sealing to maintain powder containment and a clean working environment. Equipped with a high-density fluidizing board to ensure uniform powder fluidization and prevent caking.
Basic Principle
The fluidized bed uses a specially sintered high polymer material air permeable plate to ensure uniform fluidization and continuous powder supply. Powder is stored in the barrel, fluidized, and evenly transported to the spray gun for consistent, uninterrupted powder supply. This system conserves powder while preventing moisture absorption and caking, ensuring effective spraying performance.
