Introduction
The diaphragm divides the pulse solenoid valve into the front and rear chambers. when the compressed air is turned on, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle orifice. at this time, the pressure of the rear air chamber will be close to the output of the diaphragm valve, and the pulse solenoid valve is in a "closed" state.
The electric signal of the pulse injection controller makes the moving core of the pulse solenoid valve move up, the vent hole of the air chamber behind the valve opens, the pressure loss of the rear air chamber rapidly, the diaphragm moves up, the compressed air is injected through the outlet of the valve, and the pulse solenoid valve is in the "open" state.
The electric signal of the pulse injection controller disappears, the moving core of the pulse solenoid valve is reset, the vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed, the pressure of the rear air chamber is increased, the output of the diaphragm valve is tight, and the pulse solenoid valve is in a "closed" state.
The right-angle pulse solenoid valve is a special solenoid valve specially designed for the matching use of the bag filter. It is the compressed air "switch" of the dust cleaning and injection system of the pulse bag filter, which is controlled by the output signal of the pulse injection controller. The filter bag is injected row by row (chamber) to keep the resistance of the dust collector within the set range, so as to ensure the treatment capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.To achieve the purpose of shaking the cloth bag to remove dust.
