Product Application:

This new mini-automatic blister packing machine is wildly used in small pharmacy factory, dosage room of

hardware factory for packing capsule, tablet, milk tablet ,candy and so on.

Performance characteristics:

1. The new high-power transmission mechanism in China is adopted, and the main transmission shaft is

driven by chain arrangement, which avoids the error and noise of other gear transmission.

2. The electric appliance adopts the imported control system, so it can be equipped with the device of

missing material and missing particle detection and rejection according to the customer's requirements.

3. The whole machine adopts sectional combination: PVC forming, feeding and heat sealing are in one

section, while the tropical aluminum cold forming, heat sealing and blanking are in one section for split

packaging.

4. Using photoelectric control system, PVC, PTP, rigid aluminum packaging automatic feeding, waste edge

automatic punching device to ensure the long-distance multi-station synchronization stability.

5. It can also be equipped with photoelectric detection and correction device, imported stepping motor

traction, graphic printing and packaging to optimize the grade of packaging materials.

6. This machine is suitable for: blister-sealed packaging of capsules, plain tablets, sugar-coated tablets, gel

pills, injections, special shapes, etc
