Product Description
The circular swing sieve is an efficient screening machine which is designed to meet the needs of large production , high screening accurate of manufacture. The simplest screening is to focus the eyes and use two hands ,the swing screen is a mechanical simulation of this. it’s the most effective simulation of artificial sieving movement.(the sieving precision ,efficiency and sieving life is 5-10times than the common cylinder sieve),for the processing of all the fine and ultra-fine powder and special materials,especially suitable for materials which are difficult to classify.
It’s extensively used in mining,food and spice, pharmacy, wood, plywood,metallurgy,rubber,fodder, fertilizer,sugar, salt, regeneration etc.
Rotary Tumbler screen machine has The special structure design which produces horizontal and throwing three-dimensional tumbling motion. This principle is similar to manual sieving with hands. Therefore, it will produce the first-rate performance among screening industry.
The tumbler screen machine imitates the manual screening process and makes three-dimensional movement, combining the circular motion with up-throwing motion ingeniously, achieving a horizontal as well as a up-cast three-dimensional rolling movement to make the sieving particles move by in-volute spiral line on the sieve screen surface. Thus the particles can go through a relatively long way in the relative area on the sieve surface and the staying time on the net surface also increased more than 85%, thus make sure the TSM Series tumbler screen can reach above 98% screening purity, higher efficiency, 5-10 times longer screen life. It can meet the most screening requirements of all fine and ultra-fine powder. The output capacity is greatly increased.
1. High efficient accurate screening---Sieving efficiency up to 90%-95%,silicone ball and ultrasonic cleaning device is high efficiency mesh-cleaning device system,the mesh aperture will not be blocked.
