The HIROSE KW30 Series is a 1mm pitch, single-row, center-lock wire-to-board connector designed for high reliability and safety. It features a 2-point contact and clipping design for stable connections, a box-shaped crimp contact that resists deformation, and a deflection prevention design to enhance contact reliability. The connector offers a wide variation of configurations, including straight and right-angle interface types, and supports wire sizes from 28-32 AWG. Its robust construction provides high vibration resistance, clearing the 2,000Hz vibration test. Safety features prevent incomplete mating and mis-insertion, while its halogen-free composition and UL/C-UL compliance ensure safety and environmental standards are met.
