The DF33C Series is a compact 3.3mm pitch connector designed for internal power sources. It features a 5A current capacity with 20 AWG wire, a secure outer locking mechanism to prevent accidental unmating, and guide posts for accurate board placement. The connectors support resin sealing up to 6.5mm and are designed with short circuit prevention through an enclosed contact housing. An optional retainer enhances contact/cable retention and is recommended when mechanical stress is applied to the cable. The header housing utilizes glass-filled resin to minimize solder crack risk. Mating is facilitated by a clear tactile click, improving efficiency in noisy environments. These connectors are suitable for applications demanding high reliability, such as automotive, and are available in single and double row configurations for both socket and pin header types.
