The Amphenol Tru-Loc connector series is a robust connection system designed for demanding environments. It features 1.5 mm socket contacts with Amphenols exclusive RADSOK contact system, ensuring reliable performance in high vibration applications and under-valve covers on diesel engines. The series includes a molded thermoplastic main plug body with a secondary latch and a fluoroelastomer main joint seal resistant to various fluids like diesel fuel. Tru-Loc connectors are available as 2-way, 4-way, and 6-way inline plugs and receptacles. Custom designs for mating to devices, sensors, fuel injectors, and splitters are also available. Special backshells can be designed for the 6-way series, and the system can meet 150C temperatures upon request. These connection systems are RoHS compliant, seal to IP67 when mated, and are rated for high vibrations at 32 Grms.
