Product Overview
NJZ (DSN) type low-speed contact wedge backstop is a high torque heavy-duty contact backstop device specially designed for low-speed operation conditions. It is mainly matched with equipment such as large angle belt conveyors, bucket elevators, scraper elevators, and screw conveyors. When the equipment is running normally in the forward direction, it rotates freely. Once there is a reverse reversal trend, the internal wedge components quickly mesh and lock, preventing the transmission shaft from reversing, preventing the equipment from slipping and materials from flowing back, ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel. It is widely used in heavy-duty low-speed conveying systems such as mines, coal mines, power plants, building materials, ports, etc.

Structural Composition
1. High strength cast steel shell: The overall blue shell is cast, and multiple sets of high-strength fastening bolts are distributed on the shell flange. The overall rigidity is strong, and it is resistant to impact loads. The enclosed cavity can prevent dust and sand from entering the interior.

2. Stop force moment arm: an integrated thickened moment arm structure that bears all the reverse torque generated by reverse stop, fixed to the frame through a limit method, and restricts the rotation of the shell.

3. Inner ring shaft sleeve: a central mounting hole with keyway, directly assembled on the output shaft and drum shaft of the reducer, rotating synchronously with the transmission shaft.

4. Wedge brake component: core reverse component, multiple sets of heavy-duty wedges evenly arranged; At the moment of equipment reversal, the wedge block tightens the inner and outer rings to achieve reliable braking and locking.

5. Lubrication pipeline and oil level sight glass: External lubrication pipeline and oil level observation mirror, with an oil filling cup on the top for easy observation of oil level and filling of lubricating medium, achieving reliable lubrication.

6. End cap and bearing assembly: The front sealed end cap is matched with the bearing to support the smooth rotation of the inner ring, while protecting the internal wedge components and isolating external dust and impurities.
