Product Overview
BG explosion-proof variable frequency motor ventilation fan is a forced cooling device specially designed for variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motors. It mainly solves the problem of insufficient heat dissipation ability of the built-in fan and high motor temperature rise when the variable frequency motor runs at low speed. The whole machine adopts an explosion-proof structure and can be used in flammable and explosive hazardous conditions. It is independently driven by an external 380V power supply and is not affected by the speed of the main motor. It can output a constant cooling air volume, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the variable frequency motor in a wide speed range. It is widely used in chemical, oil and gas, dust explosion-proof workshops and other occasions that require the use of explosion-proof variable frequency motors.

Structural Composition
1. Wind duct shell: High strength carbon steel cylinder body, rust proof red spray painted, with reserved installation holes on the cylinder body for easy direct fixation at the tail of the variable frequency motor

2. Explosion proof motor: Explosion proof type explosion-proof motor, aluminum alloy shell, junction box adopts explosion-proof sealing structure, explosion-proof level meets the standard, outlet is equipped with explosion-proof gland joint, wiring is safe and reliable, working voltage is AC380V

3. Impeller assembly: Engineering nylon/aluminum alloy fan blades, dynamic balance correction, uniform air supply, low noise, and low wind resistance

4. Installation bracket, fasteners, matching standard installation accessories, easy disassembly and assembly, compatible with national standard 90A-160A frame size variable frequency motor

1. Independent forced air cooling, stable heat dissipation
Independent power supply, not related to the speed of the main variable frequency motor. When the motor is running at low speed, the fan still maintains the rated speed and continuously provides cooling air, effectively suppressing the temperature rise of the motor and avoiding overheating and burning.

2. Explosion proof safety structure
Explosion proof motor components with explosion-proof capabilities on the outer shell can be used in hazardous areas with flammable and explosive gases and vapors, with high explosion-proof safety.

3. Complete specifications and strong universality
Covering machine base numbers: 90A, 100A, 112A, 132, 160A, can be matched with corresponding machine numbers of variable frequency speed regulating motors, and the installation hole positions comply with national standard dimensions.

4. Compact in size and easy to install
The cylindrical overall structure can be directly installed at the rear end of the variable frequency motor without complex modifications, occupying a small space.
