Product Overview
Brazed plate heat exchanger adopts vacuum brazing technology, in which multiple stainless steel corrugated heat exchange plates are welded as a whole in a vacuum furnace using copper or nickel as brazing materials. No rubber sealing gasket, the overall structure is non removable and compact, with high heat transfer efficiency, strong pressure bearing capacity, and small size. Widely used in HVAC, heat pump units, chiller units, hydraulic oil cooling, industrial cold and heat exchange, refrigeration, heating, new energy and other working conditions, it is an efficient and compact heat exchange equipment.

Structural Composition
1. Heat exchange plate: 304/316L stainless steel corrugated plate, corrugated structure enhances turbulence and improves heat transfer coefficient; The thickness of the plate is selected according to the working conditions.

2. Brazing layer: Standard use of copper brazing; Nickel brazing is selected for corrosive medium working conditions to enhance corrosion resistance.

3. Tighten end plate: Thickened stainless steel end plates on both sides to withstand system pressure and protect the internal plate bundle.

4. Takeover interface: Threaded interface and flange interface are optional, divided into 4 standard interface types, and can also be customized for special models with multiple interfaces.

5. Plate bundle body: All plates are vacuum high-temperature brazed together without gaskets, eliminating the risk of gasket leakage.

Product Features
1. High heat exchange efficiency
The plate corrugation forces the fluid to form turbulence, and the heat exchange efficiency is much higher than that of shell and tube heat exchangers. Adequate heat transfer can be achieved with small temperature differences.

2. High pressure and high temperature resistance, no gasket leakage
Abandoning rubber gaskets and vacuum brazing to form a whole; Standard copper brazing can withstand a pressure of up to 3.0MPa and operate at temperatures ranging from 196 ℃ to 200 ℃; Nickel brazing is suitable for corrosive media.

3. Compact structure, small volume, and light weight
With the same heat exchange area, the volume is only about one-third of that of a detachable plate heat exchanger, occupying a small area and facilitating unit integration and internal installation of equipment.

4. Scale-resistant
Strong turbulence state of fluid reduces dirt deposition; But the equipment cannot be disassembled, and there are many impurities in the medium that require a pre filter.

5. Multiple materials to choose from
Plate 304, 316L; brazing material purple copper, nickel; Suitable for clean water, antifreeze, oil, and some weakly corrosive media.

6. Easy installation and maintenance
The whole machine is integrated and shipped without the need to tighten bolts; No gasket replacement; Daily focus only on front-end filtering to reduce operational workload.

Attention: The brazed plate heat exchanger cannot be disassembled for cleaning. The medium contains a large amount of particles and sediment, and it is not recommended to use it directly. A filtering device must be installed.
