Product Overview
This dual acting pneumatic actuator with hydraulic buffering speed regulation is a heavy-duty angular travel drive device specifically designed for power stations. It integrates a pneumatic main cylinder, a fork transmission box, and an external hydraulic damping speed regulation cylinder; Relying on hydraulic damping structure to accurately control the opening and closing speed of valves, it solves the problems of water hammer and impact caused by the rapid opening and closing of large-diameter flue valves and baffle doors. It is widely used in thermal power and chemical pipelines that require slow opening and closing process conditions.

Structural Composition
1. Main driving cylinder: aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, tension rod bolt compression end cover, high structural strength, hard anodized treatment on the inner wall of the cylinder body, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant;

2. Fork transmission box: Built in roller fork transmission component, with amplified torque at the opening and closing end points, can overcome the sealing resistance of high-pressure large-diameter valves; There is a manual operation flange above the box, which supports manual emergency opening and closing;

3. External hydraulic speed regulating cylinder: an independent hydraulic damping cylinder on the right side, which uses adjustable oil damping to precisely adjust the duration of valve opening and closing actions, achieving gradual opening and closing;

4. Linkage transmission connecting rod: connects the cylinder piston and hydraulic cylinder, and the two move synchronously;

5. Standard ISO5211 bottom mounting flange, which can directly connect butterfly valves, ball valves, and flue gas baffle doors.

6. Strong environmental adaptability: The entire machine is coated with blue anti-corrosion paint, and the sealing components are resistant to dust, moisture, and high-temperature smoke conditions; Electromagnetic valves, explosion-proof limit switches, and valve positioners can be installed.
