Product Overview
The FA184 wide channel plate heat exchanger plate is a heat exchange core component specially developed for working conditions with particles and high viscosity media. It is stamped and formed by high-precision molds, and by increasing the depth of the ripples, an ultra wide medium flow channel is formed to solve the industry pain point that ordinary plate heat exchangers are prone to blockage. It is compatible with the main body of wide channel plate heat exchangers, and improves the flow capacity of viscous and solid particle materials while ensuring excellent heat transfer performance. It is widely used in cold and hot exchange processes for fluids that are prone to scaling and contain impurities.

Structural Composition
The overall heat exchange structure of the plate is rectangular, with medium flow holes at the four corners. The heat exchange area of the plate adopts a deepened corrugated structure, forming a medium channel much larger than that of the standard plate; The upper and lower ends are equipped with diversion zones, and the edges are designed with sealing rubber gasket installation grooves and positioning buckle structures, which can achieve staggered stacking and assembly of multiple plates. A wide medium flow channel is formed between adjacent plates, and the flow channel space is sufficient to reduce the risk of material blockage. Various corrosion-resistant plates such as 304, 316L stainless steel, 2205 duplex steel, and titanium can be used for stamping processing.
