Product Overview
This series of American standard flange gate valves adopts a rising stem wedge gate structure, flange connection, and is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with API and ASME standards. By relying on the up and down lifting of the gate, the pipeline can be fully opened and closed, and the medium can flow directly with low flow resistance. Suitable for water, steam, oil and some chemical medium pipelines, mainly used for cutting off and opening, not suitable for throttling conditions. Widely used in project systems such as thermal power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, municipal, etc., it has the characteristics of high circulation capacity, reliable sealing, and flexible operation.
Structural Composition
1. Valve body: flanged straight through valve body, RF raised flange, in compliance with ASME B16.5 standard; The valve body material can be selected from WCB carbon steel, CF8 stainless steel, and CF8M stainless steel to meet different pressure and corrosion conditions.
2. Gate and valve seat: Wedge type single gate structure, sealing surface welded with hard alloy, wear-resistant and anti erosion, good bidirectional sealing performance when closed.
3. Valve stem: Rising stem valve stem, with the valve stem thread exposed on the upper part of the valve cover, allowing for intuitive observation of the valve opening and closing stroke and opening degree; The surface of the valve stem has undergone nitriding treatment for wear resistance and rust prevention.
4. Valve cover component: bolted valve cover, internally equipped with packing box, using flexible graphite packing, resistant to high temperature and high pressure, effectively preventing medium leakage to the outside; A sealing gasket is installed between the valve cover and the valve body.
5. Drive handwheel: Steel blue handwheel, rotate the handwheel clockwise to close the valve and counterclockwise to open the valve; Electric and pneumatic actuators can be selected according to project requirements to achieve remote automation control.
6. Flange connection end: American standard RF raised flange, convenient for on-site installation, disassembly and maintenance with pipeline bolts.

1. Low flow resistance: When the valve is fully open, the medium flows straight through with almost no pressure loss, making it suitable for cutting off large flow pipelines.
2. Bidirectional sealing, the medium can flow in both directions, and installation is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium.

6. Easy maintenance, valve cover bolt connection, packing and internal components can be inspected and replaced online without the need to remove the valve body as a whole.
