Custom-Manufactured Hydro-Turbine Sleeve Copper Anti-friction Ring for Hydropower Plants
During hydro-turbine long-time running, the rotating main shaft generates friction and impact under complex hydraulic excitation. The sleeve copper anti-friction ring serves as intermediate friction pair between rotating shaft and stationary housing. It avoids hard-metal direct contact, bears radial load and vibration impact, lowers friction heat generation, and protects expensive main-shaft components.
Material defect, improper clearance or poor processing quality of copper anti-friction ring will cause over-heating, abnormal wear, shaft scratching, sharp vibration and other failures, which seriously threaten safe and stable operation of turbine-generator set.
We deliver tailor-made sleeve copper anti-friction ring solutions strictly based on customer drawings, shaft size, bearing load, peripheral speed and actual site working conditions.
Main Technical Features
High-quality copper alloy substrate: Select high-strength wear-resistant copper alloys, featuring low friction coefficient, good thermal conductivity and impact resistance, adapt heavy-load rotating working environment.
Optional embedded solid-lubricant structure: Pore-type oil-embedded structure is available, improving self-lubricating performance, suitable for water-lubricated or insufficient-oil-supply operating scenarios.
High-precision machining: Strictly control inner-hole roundness, cylindricity and surface roughness. Guarantee reasonable matching clearance with shaft sleeve, reduce friction heat and local abrasion.
Excellent vibration-damping capacity: Copper alloy material absorbs unit-induced vibration and transient impact load effectively, improve running smoothness of shaft system.
