Fully enclosed domestic waste incinerator unit
The domestic waste incinerator adopts patented high-temperature pyrolysis gasification technology, which conforms to the 3T+E design principle. The entire system operates under negative pressure. When the temperature of the primary combustion chamber exceeds 550°C, the combustion engine automatically shuts down; when the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber exceeds 850°C, the combustion engine automatically shuts down. The entire operation process does not require fuel combustion, saving operating costs. The system is completely closed, preventing flue gas leakage, with combustion chamber temperature stably controlled at 850-1200°C and flue gas residence time ≥2s, ensuring dioxin harmful substances are fully decomposed and discharged according to standard.

Operation Process
Dry garbage enters the shredder from the feed hopper and is processed into fragments approximately 20mm in length, then sent by the screw feeder to the primary incineration chamber for incineration. The primary incineration chamber is combusted by the burner, with temperature controlled at 850-1000°C.
After pyrolysis, drying, decomposition, coking, and full combustion, the dry waste reduction rate reaches more than 95%, and the remaining ash is automatically discharged. The high-temperature smoke generated by combustion enters the secondary combustion chamber and is burned again by the burner.
The temperature exceeds 1100°C. When the smoke is fully burned, the production of dioxins can be effectively avoided. After secondary combustion, the flue gas enters the cyclone dust removal tower under the action of the induced draft fan. The dust-containing gas generates centrifugal force during rotation, throwing dust particles with density greater than the gas to the tower wall, removing approximately 75% of flue gas dust.
After initial dust removal, the gas enters the water mist cooling and dust removal tower, fully combining with ultra-fine water mist, quickly cooling the temperature to approximately 200°C. Through rapid cooling, residual dioxins in the flue gas are effectively eliminated and further dust is removed.
The flue gas then enters the dry absorption filter tower, where it is desulfurized and deacidified through the "spray reactor + activated carbon injection device," with harmful substances adsorbed to remove odor. The dry dust is further filtered through the pulse bag filter, resulting in no peculiar smell and no foul odor, with smoke discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney up to standard.
The remaining ash and dust collected during the treatment process are stored in bags, sealed, and buried regularly to prevent soil pollution.

Process Flow
Waste is fed into the main furnace body, where under the dual effects of high temperature and vortex jets, the waste fully contacts oxygen and is ignited and burned by an ignition temperature-controlled burner. According to the 3T burning principle (temperature, time, vortex), it is burned at one time.
The room is fully gasified, oxidized, pyrolyzed, and burned, and the high-temperature exhaust gas generated enters the secondary combustion chamber and dust collector. The generated flue gas is burned at high temperature (1200-1400°C) to optimize combustion effect and damage removal.
The main furnace body employs a water-cooled circulation system to control flue gas temperature below 1000°C. The flue gas enters the cyclone dust removal system, where the dry absorption method removes heavy metals and small particles. After cyclone dust removal, it enters the water curtain spray cooling system, reducing temperature to within 300°C.
The flue gas enters the bag dust removal system to remove fine dust, and finally the up-to-standard gas is introduced into the chimney through the exhaust system and discharged into the atmosphere. The ash produced after combustion is removed by the ash removal device, screened, and transferred to landfill.
