Our customized multistage pump rotor assembly serves as the core rotating unit of horizontal & vertical multistage centrifugal pumps, fully engineered and manufactured to match unique working conditions, medium properties, flow-head parameters and customer equipment standards. Integrating precision impellers, high-strength pump shaft, balance drum/disc, shaft sleeves, thrust collar and locking components, the whole rotor undergoes strict rotor dynamic calibration to deliver ultra-stable, low-vibration long-cycle operation for power, mining, desalination, petrochemical, boiler feed and water supply industries.

We provide one-stop OEM & ODM customization service covering hydraulic design, material selection, structural optimization and dynamic balancing, solving the main points of inefficient flow, severe abrasion, large axial thrust, short service life and frequent overhaul of standard rotors under harsh working conditions.

Customize impeller blade profile, stage quantity, flow channel size and diffuser matching according to target flow rate, head, medium viscosity and NPSH requirements. Optimized hydraulic model raises overall pump efficiency by 3%–12%, cutting long-term power consumption cost. Optional back-to-back opposed impeller layout for self-balancing axial thrust, reducing wear on balance components and bearing loads.

Select raw materials based on corrosive, abrasive, high-temperature media:

All flow parts adopt precision casting & CNC finishing for smooth inner surface, reducing cavitation and medium erosion.

Whole rotor assembly processed with high-speed dynamic balancing up to G2.5/G6.3 grade, effectively suppressing vibration and noise during high-speed operation, extending bearing and mechanical seal service life by over 50% compared with ordinary unbalanced rotors. Rigid shaft structure avoids deflection under high pressure and heavy load.

Diversified balance solutions: balance disc, balance drum, self-balancing opposed impeller structure. Customize shaft sleeve, sealing matching and coupling size to perfectly fit existing pump casings of DG, MD, D, MSD, GDL and other mainstream multistage pump models, supporting direct replacement of original rotors without casing modification.
