The Phenomenon And Harm Of Ash Accumulation In The Corner Of Folded Flame:
A large amount of fine ash is often deposited at the bottom of the flue at the corner of the horizontal flue, which not only has a fast speed of ash accumulation, but also has a thickness of 1-1.5 m, sometimes even higher, forming a ash wall. If a ash wall is not removed in time, when the ash wall reaches a certain thickness and height, the cross-sectional area of flue gas flow at the furnace outlet will be reduced, resulting in the reduction of flue gas flow With the increase of furnace pressure, the heat absorption of boiler tail heating surface decreases.
