What is the principle of car electric tailgate anti-clamping?

The increasing degree of intelligence in automobiles has led to the modification of electric tailgate as the trend of choice for car owners. Many of the modifications we have seen are the installation of hydraulic supports, sensors and other components on the original rear door to achieve the opening and closing of the tailgate. The basic structure of the electric tailgate is two mandrel drive rods.

The drive rod is composed of an inner tube and an outer tube through the spindle driver. The motor and gear in the inner tube drive a thread spindle. The threaded spindle moves on a threaded nut fixed to the inside of the outer tube. The use of an electric spindle in the motor inside the pillar to open and close the trunk lid spring also assists the lid opening operation. Qualified electric tailgate products should have the function of intelligent detection of obstacles and emergency braking.
