Excellent Chemical Stability
PP boards have good corrosion resistance to most acids, alkalis, salts and other chemical substances (such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, etc.), and are particularly suitable for low-concentration chemical environments. They also have certain tolerance to most organic solvents such as alcohols, esters, and ketones, making them suitable for storing or transporting non-strong polar solvents. Moreover, PP materials are not prone to hydrolysis in humid or water environments, so they can be used to handle water-containing chemical media.
Cost efficiency
Compared with materials such as stainless steel, fiberglass, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), PP boards have lower raw material and processing costs, making them suitable for large-scale manufacturing of chemical equipment (such as storage tanks, tanks, pipelines, etc.). PP sheets can be processed into various complex structures (such as reaction tanks, conveying pipelines, protective covers, etc.) through welding, cutting, bending, etc., to meet the customized needs of different chemical scenarios. Under reasonable usage conditions, the service life of PP sheet equipment can reach 5-10 years, with low maintenance costs.
Safety and Environmental Protection
