What is the difference between PPGI and Galvalume sheet?
Difference in Substrates of PPGI and PPGL
PPGI uses galvanized sheets as base metal. These galvanized sheets have a layer of zinc coating. However, PPGL uses galvalume sheets as substrate, just as the name implies. Galvalume sheets for PPGL are coated in 55% aluminum, 43.3% zinc, and 1.6% silicon .
What is difference between PPGI & Pcgi?
In the case of PPGI, there is a thin coating layer that consists of 18-20 microns, and continuous lines are used in the sheet manufacturing facility, and (check the meaning). In contrast, PCGI is coated with magnetically charged particles, and the thickness is around 0.6-0.8 mm.
