Polypropylene (PP) honeycomb from our supplier Plastech is a strong and lightweight material that can provide effective and optimal mechanical properties for sandwich panel structures. The standard density is 80 kg/m³. The thickness of the core is 3 to 30 mm, and the size of the hole is 3 to 9.6 mm. Mechanical strength, chemical resistance and water resistance allow the use of honeycombs in many composite material markets and product applications, such as: transportation and automobiles, yachts and shipbuilding, construction and construction, industrial equipment, wind and solar energy, etc.

The honeycomb has the following characteristics:

The polypropylene honeycomb with or without a non-woven polyester veil can provide better adhesion.
