PP honeycomb panel is a kind of alveolar 100% PP sheet with versatility and high performance. This is a three-layer board consisting of three polypropylene layers, the middle layer is thermoformed into a unique and strong structure, with a weight range of 700 gr/sqm to 4500 gr/sqm and a thickness range of 3 to 30 mm
 
The product's versatility, efficiency (lightweight but high resistance), wide processing and lamination possibilities (used with PP and PET textiles, carpets, EPP foam and other decorative films) are ideal for this board Alternatives can be used for more expensive and less cost-effective materials, as well as the best solutions to meet the needs of different sectors: automobiles, steel mills, wood mills, furniture factories, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, cleaning, glass factories, food and Drinks, graphics, advertising, promotions and logistics.
 
Polypropylene honeycomb sheets have been widely used in the automotive field because of their ductility, flexibility, excellent price/quality ratio and no hint of the use of glue. In this branch, there are two main applications: packaging, realizing multi-way foldable boxes, and more generally, realizing automotive interior parts: headrest, seat back cover, luggage cover, door panel. In this case, sheets with carpets or textiles can be laminated "on-line" without glue, which obviously saves a lot of cost.
