1.Moisture-Proof Layer Separation For Glass Bottle Loads: Paperboard pads soften and shed dust once they take on condensation or washdown water. The PP hollow sheet tray keeps its flat profile in humid warehouses and on wet filling lines, so every layer of bottles stays evenly supported through stacking, forklift handling and long transit.

2.Die-Cut Bottle Slots And Finger Holes: The panel is die-cut to your bottle diameter and row pitch, forming locating slots that stop rows from shifting, plus finger holes that let operators lift the pad out cleanly. Bottles stay separated instead of knocking together, which cuts scuffing, label damage and breakage on the line.

3.Hollow Twin-Wall Construction: Extruded PP hollow sheet forms a cellular twin-wall core between two flat skins, giving the pad a rigid, dead-flat surface that will not splinter or delaminate at the cut edges. The smooth face wipes down easily between shifts and stays dimensionally stable when it gets wet.

4.Fumigation-Free Returnable Packaging: Because the tray is extruded plastic rather than timber, it skips the wood-packaging fumigation and heat-treatment steps at customs, and there is no cardboard layer to replace after a single wet shipment. It can be washed down and returned to service trip after trip, then recycled once it finally retires.

5.Custom Size, Color And Printed Branding: Pads are produced to your bottle footprint, pallet dimensions and specified color, with your logo or handling instructions printed directly onto the sheet. Every layer then carries your branding and shows operators the correct orientation at a glance, keeping mixed pallets easy to identify on the floor.
