787mm Tissue paper/toilet paper machine
This line consists of stock preparation, Model 787 tissue paper making machine, and boiler. This is a complete production line from the raw material (could be recycled paper and virgin pulp) to final product tissue jumbo rolls. We can also supply other tissue paper converting machines if you need make the jumbo roll to other products.
What the buyer need to prepare besides the scope of supply is the factory construction; pipes for pulp, water and steam; valves for connecting; water supply; electricity supply; raw material; chemical materials, etc.

3. Tissue Paper Making Machine Section:
3.1. cylinder mould section:Ф700mm×1100mm stainless steel cylinder mould 1set, Ф220mm×1100mm couch roll 1set,coated by rubber, rubber shore hardness 38℃±2.
3.2. dryer section:Ф1000mm×1100mm alloy dryer can 1 set, 1group scraper knife. Ф260mm×1100mm touch roll 1set, coated by rubber, rubber shore hardness 90℃±2.Mechanical loading device.
3.3. Winding section: The toilet jumbo roll wind against cooling dryer.

5.Installation:
we will send our engineer to assist factory design, installation and technical training. The buyer must be responsible for the security of seller’s engineer. And the buyer should bear the cost of double way international air tickets, visa, local transportation, lodging and accommodation during this period. And the buyer shall pay USD 2000/•per month.
