About Laminated
Laminated nonwoven fabric is a composite material made by using films of materials such as PP (polypropylene) and PE (polyethylene) as the waterproof layer, and high-strength nonwoven fabric as the supporting layer through a lamination process.
Manufacturing Process
Plastic particles (such as polyethylene PE, polypropylene PP, etc.) are melted into a liquid state by an extruder, then the molten plastic is uniformly coated on the surface of the nonwoven fabric through a specific coating device, and finally cooled and solidified to form a dense film.
