2, Tolerance 0.005mm, we are custom factory, parts of the processing accuracy can be determined by the customer, and these only need you tell us in the drawings or mail .
3. Size: Customized, it depends on your drawings.
4. Type: WEDM, grinding, milling, EDM, etc. can be available.
5. Surface Treament: For the mold part is no special surface treatment, but we can provide PVD/CVD coating, mirror polishing, etc.
6. Process: The processing of this mold part includes grinding machining, PG, EDM, WEDM, etc. Companies that meet customization needs, of course, are more than these processes, such as CNC machining, CNC milling...etc.
