Product Overview
Standard mold part screw nylon resin locking component for plastic injection molding parts lock making. This component adjusts friction between template and nylon sleeve through locking taper bolt.
Key Features
Special nylon material with excellent abrasion resistance and heat resistance
Heat resistant temperature: 150℃ (recommended operating temperature below 80℃)
Reduces durability when used with continuous locking stress above recommended temperature
Installation Method
Embed nylon sleeve in template of moving die approximately 3mm
Implement rough finishing on inner surface of template mouth
Avoid chamfer C implementation as it reduces durability
Installation aperture tolerance basis: JIS H7 standard
