The quality level for hole precision is higher than ever. We use gun drill machines with SR-drills and specialized grinding machines for accurate regrinding. We can produce Ø3×L=600mm holes with excellent finish and concentricity using SR-drills. An endoscope is used to inspect the finish inside gun-drilled holes, with minimum size capability of Ø2mm.
