High Heat Resistance Sprue Bushing HASCO Standard Injection Mould Parts
Sprue bushings are flow path components that allow molten plastic material to be injected from the nozzle of the injection molding machine into the interior of the mold. The bolt-type nozzle is secured by two bolts to prevent dislodgement due to injection pressure.
Common sprue bushing models include A type, B type, C type, D type, and E type, with A, B, and C being the most frequently used. Manufactured from SKD61 hot work die steel, these nozzles offer excellent heat-resistant and wear-resistant properties. The feed port is designed with an R arc angle to prevent plastic material leakage.
